     This Return Policy applies to products purchased through AexMart,      operated by Paydoor Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.      We strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering Return, Refund, or Exchange options in accordance with the terms outlined below.

  • We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Once a return request is approved, and the product is received in acceptable condition,          a refund will be initiated.
  •      
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited within          5–7 working days.
  •      
  • For approved exchanges, the exchanged product will be re-delivered within          5–7 working days.

Damaged or Defective Products

   

     If you receive a damaged or defective product,      we will provide a refund after verification.    

   

     Such issues must be reported within 10 days from the date of delivery.      Supporting images or details may be requested for verification.
