This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on AexMart, operated by Paydoor Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. We aim to ensure the timely and secure delivery of all products ordered through our Platform.
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Speed Post only.
Orders are generally delivered within 7 days from the date of order placement and/or successful payment, or as per the delivery timeline agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are subject to the courier company or postal authority norms. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier services or postal authorities.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete.
Confirmation of order dispatch and delivery will be communicated via email to the email address provided at the time of registration or checkout.
If any shipping or delivery charges are levied by the seller or the Platform Owner, such charges shall be clearly communicated at the time of order placement and shall be non-refundable.
In case of approved exchange or replacement requests, the replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
